This bio-cotton is cultivated by small environmentally responsible producers who avoid GMO and use natural pesticides such as pheromon traps or Neem leaves decoctions and manure as fertilizer.

Benefits for humans :

This cotton is softer on the skin and hypoallergenic thanks to the lack of chemical products. Bio cotton prevents many illnesses amongst the producers of traditional cotton, who poison themselves when exposed to the usual chemical substances. Bio cotton avoids small produces to get into debt by enabling them to use their own seeds rather than having to buy them.

Soil regenerates better, it is not exhausted by the kind of intensive culture usually linked to pesticides or GMOs. Not using chemical products renders this crop harmless to neighboring species. By not using GMOs, the bio-diversity of the traditional cotton seed is maintained.

The dyes comply with the strictest European regulations: no usage of heavy metals or azoids. White is obtained par bleaching with oygenated water instead of chlorine, traditionally used.

Machine wash at 40°, if possible with a bio washing powder. Avoid using tumbler.
