Unless stated otherwise, tickets and passes give access to the grounds of the festival, at the date(s) indicated on the ticket. Ticket holders also benefit from free public transportation to the festival. Tickets can not be exchanged or refunded. In the event of performers cancellation, tickets will not be refunded.
