Yodelice

Blues Rock Psychédélique / France
Formerly known as Maxim Nucci and even before that as Maxime Nouchy, Yodelice was a  child musical prodigy and has now matured into an accomplished singer-songwriter.

A musician at 6 and a guitar teacher at the prestigious London Music Institute at 15 he made his first inroads into the music industry as a songwriter, most notably for Jenifer.

He also composed the music for the 2004 film Alive and his first solo album Maxim Nucci was released in 2006.

However in 2008 he decided on a profound change of direction and his alter ego Yodelice was born, a new artist with a new look and a new language. In fact, Yodelice, named after the house in Spain where he recorded his new "debut" album, chose to sing in English on his debut Tree of Life. He explains: "Sincerity goes through words and English-speaking themes. There’s a more natural side in English, that’s not my native language. But it’s really my culture, Anglo-Saxon. I just wanted to record an album and be proud of it, to play it on stage."
