Football on Caribana bill

For the first time football is among the Caribana attractions with soccer skills shows on stage on Saturday and fun and lessons as part of Caribakids on Sunday.

The Caribana Festival is adding football to its many attraction this year with a football freestyler taking to the stage on Saturday night while soccer courses will be offered as part of the Caribakids attractions on Sunday.

Richard Braithwaite, AKA Mr Silky Skills, will showcase his soccer skills on the Scène du Lac on Saturday evening at 2035 and again at 2250, just before the Medi and I Blame Coco concerts.

The football freestyle is brought to Caribana by Intersoccer, the premier Swiss soccer school for children aged 3-13. And Intersoccer, who offer football courses and camps across the whole of the country, will be offering football fun, courses and competitions throughout the day on Sunday.

And Mr Silky Skills will be again putting on his freestyle show on Sunday at 1315, 1445 and 1615.
